Sarah Michel
has been working with individuals and organizations since 1984
specializing in “real-life” transitions, personal and professional
development and team communication. After graduating from
Central Michigan
University, she worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years,
initially as a therapist, then later moving into marketing and human
resource positions.
Sarah has worked for two international career management firms in
Texas and Colorado
and has worked with professionals from all industries. She is a
certified trainer with The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI™) and
uses that tool to promote team communication and self-awareness.
Sarah founded and owns Pathways in
Colorado Springs, which
provides a creative approach to personal and professional development
through high-energy workshops, programs and trainings. Her focus is
on personal and professional development, communication skills and
team building for organizations and companies such as United
States Olympic Committee, Lea & Perrins, Motorola, Raytheon, US West,
United Way, TMP Worldwide, Aztek Engineering and Sun Microsystems.
She has served as the Chairperson for the Greater Colorado Springs
Chamber of Commerce W.O.M.E.N.’s Advisory Council for the past two
years and is an active member of both the
Colorado and National
Speaker’s Associations and the Rocky Mountain Psychological Type
Association. Sarah is also an adjunct trainer for The Western and
Eastern Management Development Centers, United States Office of
Personnel Management in Colorado and West Virginia.
Sarah is known in the industry as a facilitative and interactive
speaker and corporate trainer who motivates her audience using humor
and teaching real-life strategies that inspire action!
